    Bodegas Ayuso was founded in 1947 and is located in the middle of La Mancha. The most depurated techniques have been incorporated, without forgetting the craft tradition, the careful elaboration and ageing. The subsoil of one of the buildings was set up to underground cave, with capacity for 15.000 bordeaux oak casks. In 1.961 we started selling bottled wines, beginning its commercialization expanding our market and our range of products. Nowadays, it is one of the largest producer and bottler of La Mancha wines, with a net distribution of more than 200 wholesalers in the Spanish geography and worldwide, present in the five continents.

    Casa Antonete Winery was founded in 1956 by 15 wine growers, after successive expansions over the years, now has almost 700 members, with a potential of 4,500 hectares of vineyards producing 30 millions kilogrames of grapes. With the most advanced eonologic techniques to improve the development of our explendid wines. We use American oak barrels and French, in our cellars, with the optimal conditions of humidity and temperature, which are the perfect combination to aging our wines. White wines are made from the varieties Airen, verdejo, chardonnay and Macabeo, while the red wines, which account for 60% of total production, are made from varieties like Tempranillo, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Bobal and Garnacha.

    The dream of founding Bodegas Centro Españolas, the first winery Chateau style in Castile-La Mancha, came true in 1991 when three families combined the most advanced technology and local traditions. Focused on exportation, the Allozo wines are now present in more than 30 countries all over the world. The Allozo project is based on the intensive work in specially selected vineyards, carried out by our vine growers and oenologists to extract the essence from the different varieties and terroirs. The whole process of production and bottling takes place in our installations to give rise to Young, Crianza, Reserva and Gran Reserva wines that will age in our 3800 oak barrels to obtain the appropriate maturity, and then finish their evolution in our wine racks where they will reach the characteristic balance of Great Wines. Many awards support our Allozo wines, first in Castile-La Mancha to win the Gold Medal at the Challenge International du Vin in Bourdeaux and the National Championship in Ljubljana 2006, the world’s longest wine contest. These and many other recognitions make Bodegas Centro Españolas and Allozo wines the most laureate in Castile-La Mancha.

    Located in Tomelloso, in a land so called La Tosca, with limestone soils which lends character and protection to our wines. Today 14 different Spanish and French varieties are cultivated in the 200 hectares of vinyards owned by the family. Verum entered the market by surprising everyone with the first BRUT NATURE from La Mancha, made with a 100% Chardonnay. Our brand La Posada: wines marked with a very noticeable Spanish character. Four monovarietal wines make this range: Airen, Garnacha, Verdejo and Tempranillo. Since 2013, all our vinyards have been certified as organic, so our winery is now a 100% organic.     Bogarve 1915, S.L. is a family winery located in Madridejos (TOLEDO), 120 km south of Madrid. The company was founded in 1905, though since 1915 the owning family has been producing wines continuously. Family’s long history, currently in its fourth generation, dedicated to making wine and spirits guarantees their qualities. In 1996 the company starts with its first vineyard plantings in order to ensure not only the quality but also the supply for their bottling. Currently has a vineyard area of about 60 hectares of his property. It has also agreements with suppliers of another 1.500 hectares. In summertime, the winery makes vineyards track not only in their vineyards but also in its suppliers making continuous analysis of their grapes in order to establish the best time to harvest. The harvest is always done at night, to ensure the best temperature to prevent undesired spontaneous fermentation and preserve all of its primary aromas. The winery has modern facilities, which produce annually around 15.000.000 kgs of grapes and has a storage capacity of 19.000.000 liters of wine, all of their tanks are stainless steel and also the machinery for receiving, processing and development of all its products. It also has modern equipment such as: 1.300.000 BTU cooling, inerting equipment for wines and musts with nitrogen and CO2, a laboratory with the latest technological innovations (analysis equipment by infrared, gas chromatography, spectrophotometry allowing comprehensive control of the quality of musts and wines) and qualified staff with great experience.

    Situated in the town of Las Pedroñeras and at the north end of La Mancha, the main Spanish wine region, Dominio de Punctum distinguishes itself by its exclusive estate production and the singularity of its organic and biodynamic wines. Founded and owned by the Fernandez family, “Finca Fabian” estate currently includes over 150 hectares of vineyards. The winery is located adjacent to the vineyards allowing for keeping the maximum quality in the production of the whites, reds, young and aged wines. In Dominio de Punctum we turn our estate grown grapes into world class organic and biodynamic wines according to the tradition handed over for centuries in Spain and by the modern means of a sustainable agriculture and winemaking.

    EL PROGRESO is the oldest Winemaking Cooperative Company in Spain with uninterrupted activity from its initiation. It was founded in 1917, exactly March 3rd, thanks to the hard work of a small group of farmers concerned about the lack of fair opportunities to process and commercialize their products. It was then established as an agricultural union, and it meant a decent outing to the hard job of farmers that usually felt like they were bound hand and foot when trying to get a fair value for their work. The number of initial associates increased, and the Cooperative obtained better and better results. Thus, after 50 years of activity, in 1967, EL PROGRESO faced a great change that turned it into one of the greatest cooperative companies of its time: Merging with two agricultural Cooperative companies existing in Villarrubia de los Ojos, (La Manchega and La Labradora). Now, after almost one century of tireless labour, we continue with the same spirit of work that initiated this adventure.     Since Bodega La Tercia was founded in the early twentieth century until its revival at the end of it, the company has evolved in order to offer wines of the highest quality, using traditional processes and keeping the spirit and principles of its founders. Tradition and evolution are perfectly complemented. Tradition in cultivation and processes are complemented by the evolution through the implementation of strategies for diversification and internationalization. Bodega la Tercia practices organic farming and follows the tradition of growing grapes, so since 1998 we have all the necesary certificaciton. We perform manual harvesting seeking the best grapes selection. Then harvested grapes are delivered to the winery in bosex. Since 2002 the company has invested in its internationalization, a fact that has led us to participate in national and international fairs and events what resulted that our products are present in the US, Japanese, German, Dutch, Chinese and Norwegian market they where are widely accepted appreciated.

    Founded in 1946 “Bodegas La Remediadora” has worked to obtain the best wines. In this way, it counts with modern facilities and the best technology, as well as capacity to elaborate 200.000 Hl. Every year, 10 millions kilograms of grapes are collected and selected, after having been cultivated by their associates in more than 1600 ha of their own vineyards. The main varieties grown by La Remediadora are Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet, Bobal and Tempranillo for reds and Airén, Macabeo, Sauvignon Blanc and Moscatel for whites. The winery counts with modern facilities of grape processing, deposits of different capacities that allow us to ferment large volumes as well as small. Everything constructed in stainless steel and other special materials that guarantee conditions of optimum hygiene and conservation. We counted on 1600 ha of vineyards on a privileged soil, with an argillaceous-limestone, which is ideal for their physical structure and composition. At the moment we elaborate around 10 million litres, with reds accounting for 60% of the production, 5% rose and 35% white wines. We counted a barrel room with more than 400 oak barrels (60% American-40% French) to produce our aged wines as reservas, crianzas and robles wines.
